II Our Proclamation – vv. 16-21

A. All are alienated from God and in need of reconciliation. – vv. 16, 19

B. Jesus Christ reconciles man to God. – vv. 18-19, 21

C. Those who are reconciled to God become new creations in Christ. – v. 17

D. We are the God-appointed instruments to take His message of reconciliation to the world. – v. 20
