Uses Times Of Trial To Tempt Us. – vv. 3, 5
A.
We are especially vulnerable
during times of trial.
B. We will experience temptation during our times
of trial:
Job, Jesus (Matthew 4:1-11), the
Thessalonians, and Christians of all ages
C. We
must not give in to temptation and become a casualty.
III. Mature
Christians Need To Assist The Weak During Their Times Of Trial And Temptation. – vv. 1-2; 5
A. Timothy
strengthened and encouraged believers at Thessalonica.
B. Let us commit ourselves to strengthen and
encourage others.
C. If you are in need of strength and
encouragement, trust God and allow fellow Christians to minister
to you.
